Benefit from SAWA stainless steel fruit juice pumps which are characterised by a product-friendly and very efficient delivery behaviour. The EHEDG guidelines to be observed in the food industry are fulfilled and the dead space free construction is quick and easy to clean. The robust and bolted housing construction offers optimum process reliability and is easy to maintain. As standard, we use an IEC standard motor for the LE and ZA series and design it with a balanced stub shaft. In systems with a low NPSH value, we can design the pump with an inducer to reduce the risk of cavitation. A seal change must be carried out quickly for all series.
Pump types of our fruit juice pumps
Fruit juice pumps in HD design, delivery volume up to 70 m3/h, are low-noise, self-priming up to 7m and can be operated with left and right rotation.
Fruit juice pump in LE design, delivery volume up to 240 m3/h: The LE pump has a flow-optimised volute casing and an impeller geometry perfectly matched to the casing. This enables an efficient and gentle conveying of fruit juices.
Fruit juice pump in LES design: Pumping volume up to 100 m3/h with best pumping characteristics for liquids with high gas content. The ideal pump for CIP recirculation and tanker unloading.
Fruit juice pumps in ZAL design are our answer to multistage centrifugal pumps. In single-stage design, pressures up to more than 10 bar are achieved. This series is compact, easy to clean, quiet, efficient and with very few components.
Fruit juice pumps in MP design: The peripheral wheel pump is the right choice wherever small flow rates have to be delivered pulsation-free against high pressures. The symmetrical design is suitable for left and right rotation.
