The self-priming or normal-priming Dickow fuel pump made of spheroidal graphite cast iron GGG40.3 or cast steel 1.7706 EN 10213-2 was specially developed for pumping hydrocarbons in refuelling systems and tank farms. The
pumps are available in single-stage or multi-stage design and with side channel principle working venting device. The pump nozzles of the self-priming fuel pumps are therefore always arranged upwards. To achieve the lowest possible NPSH values, the suction housings are designed as inlet spirals and are one nominal size larger than the pressure flanges. ATEX version for applications in EX zone 1, or with magnetic coupling for increased safety requirements are available. Performance ranges of the HZS/HZSM pumps, Q max. 600 m3/h, H max. 500 m, BT 100 °C and for the HZ/HZM pumps up to 200 °C are covered.
