Knowledge grows when it is shared.
This week, the first part of our internal pump training took place. The focus was on the basics of pumps, a comparison of positive-displacement and centrifugal pumps, various pump designs, and the components of a centrifugal pump.
With great enthusiasm and dedication, our pump specialist Edgar Weber introduced us to the world of pumps. His passion for technology and his practical expertise made the introduction to the topic particularly engaging.
Some of the participants attended the training together in the conference room, while other colleagues joined via Microsoft Teams. This allowed for knowledge transfer across locations and departments.
A heartfelt thank you to Edgar for his great dedication and the engaging training session. We are already looking forward to the next two modules and further exploration of the topics. The focus will be on pump performance curves, system performance curves, and how they change within the context of pump control.
