Aseptic pumps made of stainless steel (1.4435)

SAWA aseptic pumps are used in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and chemical/biochemical industries for aseptic and hygienic processes. The design of our aseptic pumps is based on the highest level of biological safety, yet is simple in construction and reliable in operation. The residual emptying without dead space is guaranteed, surface qualities of Ra values up to < 0.4 µm are achieved and can be verified by a surface measurement report. The stainless steel 1.4435 / 316L is of course with proof of delta ferrite content < 1 % (BN2 < 0.5 %) available. The certificates, proofs, measurement reports as well as FDA conformity certificates and USP Cl. VI confirmation for the elastomers required by the hygiene industry are part of our documentation. Due to our vertical range of manufacture at our company site in Degersheim, Germany, we are able to manufacture our aseptic pumps for the pharmaceutical industry in various alloy materials. Horizontally mounted pumps can be equipped with our dead space free emptying valve type RE15 and thus complete our product portfolio for the pharmaceutical industry.

Pump types of our aseptic pumps

Aseptic pump type HD, with up to 70 m3 /h delivery rate. These aseptic pumps are self-priming, achieve an enormous suction performance, are reversible in the delivery direction and are available in different shaft seals and with magnetic coupling.

Aseptic pump type LE, with up to 240 m3/h flow rate. Thanks to the flow-optimised volute housing/impeller geometry, the pump enables gentle product handling under aseptic conditions. At the same time, this series is very quiet and very energy efficient.

Aseptic pump type ZAL, the aseptic alternative to multistage pumps. In the single-stage and compact design, even small volume flows with pressures of up to over 10 bar are achieved. The pumps are quiet and efficient as well as emptying without dead space.

Aseptic pump series MP, the aseptic dosing pump. The aseptic peripheral impeller pump with magnetic coupling is used wherever low flow rates are required pulsation-free against high pressures. The symmetrical design is suitable for clockwise and counterclockwise rotation.
