ATEX pumps made of stainless steel (1.4435)

SAWA ATEX pumps in stainless steel 1.4435 comply with the ATEX directive 2014/34/EU and are approved for zones 1/21 and 2/22. SAWA Pumpentechnik AG combines consulting, development and production of high-quality pumps under one roof. With an efficiency of up to 75%, the pumps are successfully used in a wide range of industrial sectors and also meet the EHEDG guidelines for the pharmaceutical, hygiene and food industries. The bolted and very thick-walled housing designs promise a very high degree of process reliability. For category 2 - high safety - ATEX zone 1/21, the pumps are built in the bearing bracket design with different shaft seals or also with magnetic coupling. For category 3 - normal safety - ATEX zone 2/22, the pumps can also be designed as close-coupled pumps with a standard ATEX IEC motor and stub shaft. The pumps are of course also available for frequency converter operation with flameproof enclosure EEx de IIC T4.

Pump types of our ATEX pumps

ATEX - Pumps HD series, with up to 70 m3/h flow rate. With delivery heads of up to 43m, these side channel pumps are quiet, self-priming and suitable for both left and right-hand rotation.

ATEX pumps series LE, with up to 240 m3/h flow rate. The perfectly matched, flow-optimised impeller and volute casing geometry achieves a very energy-efficient and quiet pumping of flammable liquids.

ATEX pumps series LES, with up to 100 m3/h flow rate. The ideal pump for pumping liquids during tank truck loading and unloading.

ATEX pumps series ZA / ZAL, with delivery heads of over 100 m. The ZAL series is to be used for low flow rates and simultaneously high delivery pressures and a very good alternative to multistage centrifugal pumps. In the compact single-stage version, pressures of over 10 bar are achieved. The pump is easy to assemble, easy to clean and still efficient.

ATEX pumps series LET, with up to 100 m3/h flow rate. The submersible centrifugal pump can be used for different liquids in all areas of industry. Immersion depths from 0.3 to 3 m are manufactured in a modular system and are produced exactly according to customer requirements

ATEX pump series MP, with a delivery rate of 100 - 7,000 l/h. The peripheral impeller pumps with magnetic coupling are used wherever small flow rates are required without pulsation against high pressures. The symmetrical design is suitable for clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation.

ATEX pumps series ZR, with up to 9 m3/h flow rate. The robust solution for companies in industry and trade. For pumping thin-bodied to viscous media up to max. 3,000 mPas.
