SAWA lye pumps made of V4A stainless steel 1.4435 have been successfully used for many years to pump lye in a wide range of industrial sectors. The lye pumps operate very energy-efficiently and are available as compact block pumps with stub shaft and IEC standard motor or also in the design with magnetic coupling. The screwed and very thick-walled housing constructions promise a very high degree of process reliability and are particularly suitable for heavy-duty applications but also for fine chemicals. Depending on the design, these pumps also comply with the ATEX directive 2014/34/EU and are approved for ATEX zones 1/21 and 2/22.

Pump types of our lye pumps

Lye pump - series HD, with up to 70 m3/h flow rate. With delivery heads of up to 43 m, these side channel pumps are quiet, self-priming and suitable for both left-hand and right-hand rotation. In the version with magnetic coupling they are hermetically sealed and particularly suitable for lye.

The perfect submersible centrifugal pump for lye wastewater without shaft seal can be used for a wide range of industrial requirements. For an immersion depth of 0.3 to 3 m, the LET pumps are manufactured in a modular system and exactly according to the requirements of the operator.
