Stainless steel condensate pumps (1.4435)

Stainless steel (1.4435) condensate pumps from SAWA are used in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and chemical/biochemical industries for aseptic and hygienic processes. The designs of our condensate pumps are based on the highest degree of biological safety, yet are simple in construction and reliable in operation. The often required certificates, verifications, measurement reports as well as FDA conformity certificates and USP Cl. VI confirmation for the elastomers are of course part of our documentation. The stainless steel 1.4435 / 316L used in our centrifugal pumps HD and MP is available with a proof of delta ferrite content < 1 % (BN2 < 0.5 %) and can be refined up to a surface finish of Ra values < 0.4 µm.

Pump types of our condensate pumps

Condensate pump type HD: The self-priming condensate pump achieves an enormous pumping speed, is reversible in the direction of delivery and is available with different types of shaft seals and with magnetic coupling.

Condensate pump series MP: The condensate peripheral wheel pump with magnetic coupling is used wherever small flow rates are required without pulsation. The symmetrical design is suitable for clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation and is therefore reversible in the delivery direction.
