Dispersion pump made by SAWA from V4A stainless steel 1.4435 for shear-sensitive dispersions. Benefit from the SAWA stainless steel dispersion pump, which is characterised by a product-friendly and very efficient conveying behaviour. The dead space free construction is quick and easy to clean. The robust and bolted housing construction offers optimum process reliability and is also easy to assemble. As standard, we use an IEC standard motor for the LE series and, in the block design, with a balanced stub shaft. In the close-coupled design, the pump is approved for the Ex area of category 1 - normal safety - ATEX zone 2/22 or with bearing bracket for category 2 - high safety - ATEX zone 1/21. The bolted and very thick-walled housing constructions promise a very high degree of process safety and are ideally suited for "heavy duty" requirements.

Pump types of our dispersion pumps

Dispersion pumps - LE series, with up to 240 m3/h flow rate. The perfectly matched, flow-optimised impeller and volute casing geometry is therefore very gentle on the product and is used for shear-sensitive dispersions.

Dispersion pumps - LET series, with up to 100 m3/h flow rate. The dispersion waste water immersion centrifugal pump can be used very well for difficult, abrasive and sticky pumping media. It operates free of shaft seals, which often become leaky and lead to capital damage to the pump unit. For an immersion depth of 0.3 to 3 m, the LET pumps are manufactured in a modular system and exactly according to the user's requirements.
