Food oil pumps made of stainless steel (1.4435)

In the case of the hygienic and dead space-free SAWA food oil pumps, all parts including the impeller are made of solid stainless steel 1.4435. SAWA food-grade oil pumps are used in a temperature range from 5 to max. 200 °C. The foodstuff oil pumps also comply with EHEDG guidelines. Various mechanical seals up to magnetically coupled versions are also available. Furthermore, the food oil pumps are also suitable for use in industrial deep-frying plants. SAWA food oil pumps are robustly built and therefore designed for rough continuous operation. The design is well thought-out, easy to maintain, very energy-efficient and sustainably manufactured.

Pump types of our food oil pumps

Foodstuff oil pump type HD: The self-priming side channel pump with a delivery rate of up to 70 m3/h and an enormous pumping speed, is quiet and can also be operated in reversible direction of rotation.

Foodstuff oil pump type LE: The centrifugal pump with a delivery rate of up to 240 m3/h The perfectly matched, flow-optimised impeller and volute casing geometry achieves a very efficient and yet quiet pumping of liquid and hot media and is designed for 24-hour continuous operation.

Food oil pump type LEM: The centrifugal pump based on the LE series with magnetic coupling, this pump is hermetically sealed. This series is also simple in design, effective in cleaning and at the same time energy efficient.

Foodstuff oil pump type LES: The hybrid centrifugal pump with up to 100 m3/h delivery rate. The ideal pump for tank truck loading and unloading and for CIP return flow applications.
