SAWA hot water pumps are single-stage, single-entry volute casing pumps in process design, with axial suction port and axial, vertically upwards pointing discharge port. The complete bearing bracket, including intermediate casing with shaft seal and impeller, forms an assembly unit and can be removed without dismantling the piping after removing the casing screw connection. In addition, the use of a dismounting coupling is recommended, since the motor can then also remain firmly screwed to the base plate.
For high temperatures up to max. 280 °C, the axis-centered version is used. This minimizes stresses and coupling misalignment caused by thermal expansion of the housings. Widened sealing surfaces and heat-resistant expansion bolts prevent leakage.
Hot water pumps are used in medium and large heating systems. The design of our hot water pumps is based on many years of experience in the hot water sector and guarantees a long service life and operational reliability.
