Peripheral wheel pumps in HD construction. In addition to the chemical version, the peripheral wheel pump is also manufactured in hygienic design in accordance with EHEDG criteria. Especially in the food or pharmaceutical sector in electropolished design, with surface roughness of up to Ra < 0.4 µm, on request with residual discharge. Connections in a wide range of variants, depending on requirements and customer specifications. The flow rates of the 4 pump types MP-68 - MP92 range from approx. 200 l/h to approx. max. 7 m3/h and delivery heads up to max. 100 m at 50 Hz. With a frequency converter the largest pump type MP92 can be operated up to max. approx. 8 m3/h and max. 140 m. The peripheral impeller pump can also be built in the robust bearing bracket design for 24-hour operation for special applications. Thanks to the design, the various components of the pump can be easily plugged and bolted together. Alignment of the pump or shaft, coupling and motor is therefore not necessary.
