Stainless steel (1.4435) pharmaceutical pumps

SAWA pharmaceutical pumps made of stainless steel (1.4435) are used in many qualified pharmaceutical process plants. Quiet, efficient, reliable, and manufactured with hygienic and dead space free design, these pumps ensure the highest level of biological safety. Each type of SAWA pharmaceutical pump is CIP and SIP capable thanks to an easy-to-clean design. Available with polished surfaces with Ra-values up to < 0.4 µm and with complete residual draining, on request also with delta ferrite content < 1 % (BN2 < 0.5 %). The corresponding documentation and necessary certification for the pharmaceutical industry is of course also included. Pump types of our pharmaceutical pumps

Pharmaceutical pumps in HDP design are self-priming up to 7m, low-noise and can deliver in both directions of rotation. They can be fully emptied, cleaned and sterilised (CIP and SIP capable).

Pharmaceutical pumps in LEP design are quiet and efficient process pumps for the pharmaceutical industry with a flow rate of up to 240 m3/h. The dead space free design allows for complete emptying, and ensures complete cleaning and sterilisability.

Pharmaceutical pumps in ZALP design are particularly suitable when high pressures (up to 10 bar) are required, e.g. for filtration applications. These pumps can also be completely emptied, cleaned and sterilised (CIP and SIP capable).
