Reverse osmosis pumps made of stainless steel (1.4435)

Robust SAWA reverse osmosis pumps (reverse osmosis pumps) are designed for high system pressures of up to PN160 bar and pump a wide variety of liquids through the membranes of the reverse osmosis system. The material used, 1.4435 / 316L, is also suitable for pumping highly concentrated solutions, which may also be corrosive.

Pump types of our reverse osmosis pumps

Reverse osmosis pump type HD, with up to 70 m3/h flow rate, is low-noise and has a very good suction performance. The pump can be operated reversibly in the direction of rotation and can therefore also be used for backwashing the membrane, WITHOUT the use of a 2nd pump.

Reverse osmosis pump type LE, with flow rates up to 150 m3/h. Thanks to the flow-optimised volute casing design/impeller geometry, the pump enables a gentle product handling of liquids to be filtered and is therefore also ideally suited for abrasive liquids. This series achieves a very high energy efficiency of up to 75% and is therefore suitable for maximum performance in continuous operation.

Reverse osmosis pump type ZA, with delivery heads of over 100 m. In the compact single-stage design, pressures of over 10 bar are achieved. The pump is simple in construction, effective in cleaning and at the same time energy efficient.
