SAWA sterile pump: The first choice in the pharmaceutical industry for your high-purity product result. The design of our sterile pump is based on the highest level of biological safety, yet is simple to set up and reliable in operation. Dead space free emptying is guaranteed. Surface qualities from Ra-values to < 0.4 µm are achieved and verified by a surface measurement report. The material 1.4435 is, of course, available with proof of delta ferrite content < 1 % (BN2 < 0.5 %). The certificates, proofs, measuring reports as well as FDA conformity certificates and USP Cl. VI confirmation for the elastomers required by the pharmaceutical industry are part of our documentation. Due to our vertical range of manufacture at our company site in Degersheim, Germany, we are also able to manufacture our pharmaceutical pumps in various alloy materials. The version with our dead space free emptying valve type RE15 completes our range of sterile pumps.

Pump types of our sterile pumps

Sterile pump type HD, with up to 70,000 litres/h delivery rate, is low-noise, has a very good suction performance and is self-priming up to 7m. The pump can also be operated in reversible direction of rotation.

Sterile pump type LE, with flow rates up to 240,000 litres/h. Thanks to the flow-optimised volute casing design/impeller geometry, the pump enables gentle product handling as well as quiet running with a very high energy efficiency in your production plant.

Sterile pump type ZAL, the clean alternative to multistage centrifugal pumps. In the compact single-stage design, pressures of up to over 10 bar are achieved. The pump is quiet and efficient and, in addition to its dead space-free residual emptying, it is also designed with few components.
