WFI pumps made of stainless steel (1.4435)

The SAWA WFI pumps made of stainless steel (1.4435) are generally manufactured in the pharmaceutical version. They therefore meet the highest standards of hygiene and process reliability. Robust, quiet and energy-efficient, they guarantee water quality in compliance with standards during the production of water for injection (WFI), also containing ozone. When pumping media containing ozone, the correct choice of material for the mechanical seal is decisive for process reliability. Thanks to a design without dead space, the pumps can be cleaned very easily and quickly and then sterilized.

Pump types of our WFI pumps

WFI pumps in HDP design (pharmaceutical version) are self-priming, can deliver in both directions of rotation, can be completely cleaned and sterilised.

WFI pumps in LEP design (pharmaceutical version) are quiet and efficient process pumps with a flow rate of up to 240 m3/h. Robust and easy to maintain, these pumps are very sustainable.

WFI pumps in ZALP design (pharmaceutical version) are particularly suitable when high pressures (up to 10 bar) at flow rates of up to 100m3/h are to be realised.
