Corporate Event

Last Friday, this year’s team event took us first to the VersuchsStollen Hagerbach (VSH—The Underground Future Lab). There, we spent a varied morning and gained fascinating insights into the impressive underground world. We enjoyed lunch together at the atmospheric Hagerbach Restaurant, which is integrated directly into the tunnel. Well-fed, we then set off for Alp Tannenboden.

​At the traditional cheese-making workshop of the Sennästube alpine restaurant, we got to roll up our sleeves and make our own cheese. To be fair, however, we must add that our colleague Ibrahim Sherifi did the lion’s share of the work when it came to handling the curd: First, he worked the thickened milk with the cheese harp, before continuing to stir the resulting curd for over half an hour. Ibrahim mastered this thoroughly grueling task with great dedication and a healthy dose of humor, which created a great atmosphere and brought many a smile to the entire team.

​An all-around successful day filled with exciting experiences, good conversations, and many entertaining moments.
