SAWA beverage pumps, made of stainless steel, are characterized by efficient pumping characteristics. We come into contact with hygiene requirements on a daily basis and manufacture our pumps according to EHEDG guidelines. The pumps can be cleaned quickly and safely thanks to their dead space-free design. The housing construction is screwed, robust and offers optimum process reliability. Our LE and ZAL series are equipped with a standard IEC motor and plug-in shaft. To minimize the cavitation risk in systems with low NPSH values, the versions are also available with inducer. Seals can be replaced quickly and easily in all series.

Pump types of our beverage pumps

Beverage pump series HD, with a delivery rate of up to 70 m3/h and a delivery head of up to 43 m, is quiet, self-priming and suitable for left-hand and right-hand rotation.

Beverage pump series LE, with up to 240 m3/h flow rate. The perfectly matched, flow-optimised impeller and volute casing geometry achieves a very efficient and quiet pumping of beverages.

Beverage pump series LES, with up to 100 m3/h flow rate. When pumping liquids with a high gas content, our hybrid centrifugal pump is the ideal pump for tanker unloading and CIP recirculation.

Beverage pumps series ZAL: For low flow rates and simultaneously high delivery pressures, the ZAL series is a very good alternative to multistage centrifugal pumps. In the compact single-stage design, pressures of over 10 bar are achieved. The pump is simple in design, easy to clean and still efficient.

Beverage pumps series MP: The peripheral impeller pump with magnetic coupling is used wherever small flow rates are required pulsation-free against high pressures. The symmetrical design is suitable for clockwise and counterclockwise rotation.
