Gear Pumps

SAWA gear pumps made of stainless steel 1.4435 (316 L) or cast iron GG20 are the robust solutions for countless companies in trade and industry. Used for pumping thin-bodied to viscous media with approx. max. 3000 mPas. The gear pumps are suitable for applications in which media to be pumped are to be delivered pulsation-free against high pressures. The very robust and maintenance-friendly design of SAWA gear pumps promises a maximum of process reliability for your application. Due to their symmetrical design, the gear pumps are suitable for left-hand and right-hand rotation. In the ATEX version, this pump can also be used where there is a risk of dust explosion. The grey cast iron GG20 version is for applications where no corrosion resistance is required.

Pump types of our gear pumps

Gear pumps type ZR are manufactured in various sizes, from the ZRA-5 with 0.6 l/min to the ZR5-70 with 150 l/min. max. The steep, linear characteristic is particularly suitable for operation with a frequency converter and is therefore also ideal for delivery to spray heads or injection nozzles.
