Paint pumps made of stainless steel (1.4435)

SAWA paint pump in V4A stainless steel 1.4435 for applications in the paint industry. SAWA Pumpentechnik AG combines consulting, development and production of stainless steel pumps under one roof and this already in the 4th generation. The paint pump type LE works very energy-efficiently and is available as a compact block pump with stub shaft and IEC standard motor or as a version with bearing bracket. The type LET operates free of any shaft seal and is therefore particularly suitable for pumping tasks where shaft seals repeatedly cause problems, such as in the waste water sector for abrasive and adhesive paint waste water. The motor is located outside the pumped medium and, like the LE series, is approved for use in potentially explosive atmospheres of category 2 - high safety - ATEX zone 1/21. The bolted and very thick-walled housing constructions promise a very high degree of process safety, are designed for sustainability and are optimal for "haevy duty" requirements.

Pump types of our ink pumps

  • Paint pumps - LE series, with up to 240 m3/h flow rate. The perfectly matched, flow-optimised impeller and volute casing geometry is on the one hand very gentle on the product when pumping and on the other hand low-wear in the pump casing when pumping paints containing titanium dioxide or other abrasive components.
  • Paint pump - LET series, with up to 100 m3/h flow rate. The paint waste water immersion centrifugal pump can be used very well for difficult, abrasive and sticky pumping media. It operates free of shaft seals, which often leak and lead to capital damage to the pump unit. For an immersion depth of 0.3 to 3 m, the LET pumps are manufactured in a modular system and exactly according to the user's requirements.
