We supply sterile and dead space free pumps for ultra pure water. SAWA pumps are manufactured from solid stainless steel 1.4435 to meet the highest requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. SAWA ultrapure water pumps are the ideal choice when centrifugal pumps are required to be absolutely sterile. The pump can be completely emptied either vertically or with the residue drain valve type RE15, which has no dead space.

Pump types for ultra pure water
Ultra pure water pumps series LEP and LEMP with single or double acting sterile mechanical seal, as well as with permanent magnetic coupling in pharmaceutical design. Due to the gap-free design, the interior of the pump is free of dead space and can be completely emptied. A further attribute of this series is the high energy efficiency with excellent efficiency, which is achieved by the fluidically optimised pump housing and the impeller geometry perfectly matched to it.
Ultrapure water pumps series ZALRP for loops that are installed over several floors. With the special single-stage impeller, pressures of up to 10 bar can be achieved and therefore this pump type is ideal for applications with numerous points of delivery.
