The container pump can be used for different liquids in all areas of industry. Manufactured from PP polypropylene, the container pump B50 offers a very high resistance to chemicals. The submersible pump, designed according to the latest hydraulic findings and the proven single-pipe principle, is used wherever containers and IBCs have to be emptied or transferred quickly and safely. These centrifugal pumps meet all criteria for optimum container emptying due to their vertical and wet-well design. Floor drains can be omitted, thus reducing the risk of leakage. They are suitable for continuous operation, have a low weight, operate at low speeds and offer maximum operational safety. The Lutz Container Pump B50 is designed in such a way that it can be submerged into almost any container opening.
The pump shaft is supported by ball bearings on one side and self-lubricating solid graphite slide bearings on the other side. Depending on the requirements the pump shaft can be made of stainless steel 1.4571 or Hastelloy C. The resulting axial and radial forces are completely absorbed by the grease lubricated ball bearings. The externally ventilated single-phase electric motor is designed in such a way that acid vapours or aggressive atmospheres are passed.
Pump types of our container pumps
Container pump type B50 with radial impeller achieves flow rates up to max. 200 l/min, delivery head up to max. 22 mWS and fluid temperatures of max. 40°C. The pumping station is available with an immersion depth of 1100mm and a Taurus tube diameter of max. 100mm. The powerful single-phase motor, 0.75 kW, 1x230V,50 Hz, 2900 rpm, is equipped with a 5 m connection cable. Accessories like nozzles, flow meters, hoses are available.
